A wine which creates wonderful sensations.  It can be drunk now and can also stay in your wine cellar for 20 years.  An exceptional Châteauneuf-du-Pape of pure Grenache from the brown Miocene sands in the eastern part of the AOC: intense aromas of red fruits and spices, a high quality cuvee. It is been praised in ‘Le Guide Hachette des Vins’ with an exceptional 3 star rating and given the unusually high mark of 17.5/20 in the ‘Revue du Vin deFrance’. It combines well with rich flavours such as braised mushrooms,  sirloin, fish in red pepper sauce, mature cheeses, red and black fruit desserts.

A Côtes-du-Rhône with a good concentration of fruits and a lot of sparkle. A red gourmet Côtes-du-Rhône, full of red and black  fruit aromas, round and bloomy. Perfect with an aperitif of assorted cold meats,  stuffed cabbage, a quiche lorraine, bbq, cheeses or even a dark chocolate dessert.

A refined white wine, on an aromatic floral base and white fruits, with a beautiful persistence - from very old vines on a parcel of sand and pebbles. A wine  only produced in certain years, around 900 bottles, made with pink Clairettes and white Grenache planted on sandy soil, certified organic from 2017 and biodynamic from vintage 2021. Finesse, aromatic complexity, a subtle and harmonious wine to serve with salmon terrine, mussels in cream sauce, pasta with truffles or casseroled chicken breasts.

A beautiful expression of Grenache, combining generosity and freshness: aromas of sour cherry and herbes de Provence. A generous and fresh expression of Grenache grapes, aged for a year in barrels, vats and amphora.  It can be served with stuffed vegetables, rabbit roasted with thyme, grilled lamb, grilled prawns, cheese and red fruit desserts. It can be consumed straight away or kept in a wine cellar for at least 8 to 10 years.

An elegant white Châteauneuf-du-Pape, issue of the chalk and clay soil on the west side of Châteauneuf-du-Pape ‘appellation’. Roussanne, Clairette et Bourboulenc varieties: white fruit aromas, subtle notes of pear, litchi, honey, with a round volume in mouth and a long persistence A ‘gastronomic’  wine for cooked seafood, white asparagus, baked fish filets and, after 5  years or more, poultry or cheese souffle.
