An elegant white Châteauneuf-du-Pape, issue of the chalk and clay soil on the west side of Châteauneuf-du-Pape ‘appellation’.

Roussanne, Clairette et Bourboulenc varieties: white fruit aromas, subtle notes of pear, litchi, honey, with a round volume in mouth and a long persistence

A ‘gastronomic’  wine for cooked seafood, white asparagus, baked fish filets and, after 5  years or more, poultry or cheese souffle.
