A beautiful expression of Grenache, combining generosity and freshness: aromas of sour cherry and herbes de Provence.

A generous and fresh expression of Grenache grapes, aged for a year in barrels, vats and amphora.  It can be served with stuffed vegetables, rabbit roasted with thyme, grilled lamb, grilled prawns, cheese and red fruit desserts. It can be consumed straight away or kept in a wine cellar for at least 8 to 10 years.
