The present general conditions of sale apply exclusively to the sale and shipment of wines in France metropolitan , via the website of the sarl Mouriesse Vinum .

Taking orders

Mouriesse Vinum undertakes to accept orders placed over the Internet under the terms of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and within the limits of available stocks. By validating the order, the customer declares to have read and accept the entirety of the present General Conditions of Sale.

Any order will only be considered after receipt of payment via the payment module of the site. Mouriesse Vinum will confirm the order taking by email. Mouriesse Vinum reserves the right to cancel all orders, non-compliant or doubtful, as well as those from a customer with whom there is any dispute. Mouriesse Vinum reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons and more particularly in the case where the quantities ordered are abnormally high compared to the quantities usually ordered by customers as consumers. In this case, Mouriesse Vinum  would proceed to the full refund of the sums collected.

The wines are sold s years provided that a minimum number of bottles. The 75 cl bottles can be blended between vintages, colors and vintages.

Our prices include VAT, 20% VAT included. Sale and shipping within the limits of available stocks on the day of the order.

A fixed contribution to the shipping costs is required:
€ 25 in the Paris region (75, 77, 78, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95)
€ 20 for the other metropolitan departments.

Payment

Payment for wines purchased from Mouriesse Vinum is due in full at the time of order. Payments are made only via the website (secure online payment). For any other payment method, please contact us.

expeditions

Except in special circumstances ( on the occasion of which the purchaser is informed by return mail ) the ‘ shipping will be done within 15 working days from the date of receipt of payment.
The order is delivered to the delivery address chosen by the customer, in metropolitan France only.

On delivery, the inspection of the delivery status by the buyer or the person he has delegated for the receipt of the parcel is imperative. In case of damage, missing or broken parcels, it is asked to refuse the package to the carrier. The risks associated with these goods are transferred to the buyer upon delivery.

Retention of title

In application of Law 80-335 of May 12, 1980, the goods remain the property of the seller until full payment of their price .

retraction

In application of the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen clear days from the delivery of his order to return the item delivered for exchange or refund , at the customer’s choice, without penalty except for the return costs, according to the following procedure : The customer notifies by email his decision to retract via an unambiguous declaration specifying his coordinates and allowing the identification of the wines concerned – in particular the number of the order concerned and the references of the wines. The customer returns the wine (s) concerned to the address of Mouriesse Vinum , 18 b Chemin du Clos, 84230 CHATEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE within a reasonable time and, at the latest, within 14 calendar days following the communication of the decision of the customer to retract. The products must be returned in their original condition and complete , in a packaging identical to that used during shipping, accompanied by a proof of purchase or a copy of the invoice (s). Mouriesse Vinum agrees to refund the customer upon return of the wines. The return costs of the wines remain the full responsibility of the customer.

Protection of minors

In accordance with Article L. 3342-1 of the Public Health Code, the sale of alcohol to minors under the age of eighteen is prohibited. The customer agrees to be 18 years old by placing his order on the website www. mouriesse-vinum.com.
